I have sent many mails and got report for that with option--successfully sent, open, links clicked, bounced. But there is no option for mailes deleted unread. Is there any way to find out that?
A non opens report is something that we are working and hope to available later in 2012.
I do have steps that will allow you to manually create a list of contacts that have not opened your email, but it can be quite time consuming. If you are interested in this, please check out this FAQ.
