I can't edit my Templete on my ipad

I can edit the text in my Templete on my iPad. Has anyone else had that problem? How do you resolve it?

Currently Constant Contact does not work correctly when creating emails on portable devices.

This is due to the scaled down nature of the portable browser.

I would be happy to submit any feedback that you may have for future portable support.

We do however have a Constant Contact app called quickview which is a free download.

Mpizzi1 thanks for the info. It would be great to let CC know that making their product compatible with tablet users specifically the iPad would be very beneficial. The current quickview app is not comprehensive enough for iPad users especially with the screen format geared towards phones. I hope CC will consider making their product compatible with tablets. Thank you.

Have to agree. I assumed when I bought my iPad that I would be able to use it for creating and editing newsletters via Constant Contact. Not being able to means I have to pull out a laptop. A real drag. I bought the iPad specifically so I wouldn't have to pull out a laptop or sit at my desktop.

Im sorry that you are unable to edit your emails on the IPads. We are working on our system to make it more compatible to use on portable devices.

I would have to agree with the post. Either Safari capability or a REALLY good IPad App would be Sweet! Is there a true timeline on either of these. It is the growing wave of technology....

This is a bummer...editing and creating emails is what we want to be able to do! Does CC have a timelime for iPad editing capability? Interestingly enough I appear to have no trouble editing and creating Mailchimp emails with my iPad!

People are confusing iPads with laptops.  I'd bet the iPad will never be an officially supported device with CTCT, but I could be wrong.

The iPad doesn't support java and we need java to create emails in our system.  No news on an iPad specific app for creating emails. Though we do have QuickView which can be used on both the iPad and iPhone.  This is available in the Apple Store for free.
