We are a law firm, and use CC for multiple newsletters, some published by us, Marketing, and some directly by our attorneys. I don't want to give access to all other newsletters and mailing lists to the individual attorney. It would be great to have an upgraded firm account that allows multiple users limited access. Allowing them to only see their emails, and their lists. That way we, marketing, can have a master account and see everything. ALSO all of our lists would benefit from an unsubscribe on one list. As it is now with different accounts we could continue to send to an unwanted address--NOT GOOD!

Hi Margaret,
Thank you for your feedback. This is something that many of our customers have asked for. I have submitted your feature request to our developers and it looks like this is something we are planning on having. I do not have a release date for you but please know that we are working on this. If I receive any further information that is helpful, I will pass it on.
Thank you again!

In all honesty its been asked for over the course of "many years".
I would't wait around for it if its a real show stopper.

Agreed, this seems like something that would be very useful to many businesses. My company is a commercial real estate firm with multiple brokers and broker teams, many of whom of course market their businesses separately. It would be ideal to have multiple accounts where each broker or broker team can log in and do their own thing: create and deploy their own emails, manage their own lists. It would also be ideal for a master account or administrator to be able to disseminate global templates that possess standardized company branding but can be adjusted accordingly for each individual account. Additionally, it would be great if the administrator account could have access to all lists in order to create a master list that could be used for corporate messaging.

HI Marissa, thank you for responding. I clicked the link you sent, but I couldn't find any information on that page for "Solution Provider"...

You're welcome! Click on where it says Learn More under Resellers and Consultants. Or you could just click here!
Sorry for the confusion. Solution Provider is also our Partner program. Some places say Partner, others say Solution Provider. ![]()

My issue is that we use one account to service close to 80 different clients and when an email recipient decides to opt out of one list they received a newsletter from it opts them out of ALL the lists in my account which isn't good if they've signed up to receive multiple newsletters from multiple clients.
In fact, I actually had to create a new seperate account for one of our clients because when I started to add his opted in (Email cards filled out by grocery customers) many of them were already opted out of our main account.
Any solutions on the horizon for this? Its impossible for me to have 80 seperate CTCT accounts.
Thanks!

Hi,
Multiple users for an account is currently in our product backlog of features to add. In the meantime, you could edit your Join My Mailing List form to include all of your available lists. This way, when a contact opts out, they can choose to be opted out from all lists or choose which lists to remain on.
To display a list on the Join My Mailing List form, follow these steps -
- After logging into Constant Contact, click Contacts > Manage Contacts.
- Click on "List Properties".
- Check the Join My Mailing List Form box for the lists that you wish to display in your sign up form.
- Click Save Changes.
Thanks,

Thanks for the tip but I already have it set up like this and 9 times out of 10 when they opt out they opt out of ALL lists not just the one they're trying to leave.
I cannot tell you how many times I've had any given newsletter recipient contact me asking why they are no longer receiving a particular newsletter and 99% of the time its because they opted out of ALL my client lists instead of the ONE they were trying to stop receiving.
