Hello All:
I am getting the message Cannot open ../ccsfg.log when I uploaded the whole folder to my servers domain. http://www.gameparts.net/CCSFG_0.0.6/setup.
Setting the permissions to first 755 for all folders than 777 to see if that would do anything has not worked for me.
Is there something else that I can do to get this working on my server?
Thanks,
Paul

I noticed while lookin in the folder that there is no file called ccsfg.log. Could this be the issue or is this file created on the server?
Thanks for any help or advice on this,
Paul

Hello Paul,
This file is created by the program, and this is usually the reason you are getting that error. You need to make sure that you have read/write permissions on the CCSFG folder so that the script can create the log file. Let me know if setting the permissions to read/write does not work.

What version of PHP are you using? Also, you are using a fresh install of the CCSFG file?

Hello,
I apologize, our Constant Contact Signup Form Generator does require PHP 5.1.3 or higher. If you are able to upgrade to any version of PHP 5 or greater, this should fix the issue.

Hello,
In order to get the CCSFG to work, you must have read/write access on the directory. The reason for this is because it actually creates files, not just edits them.
Do you have a system administrator that can look into why changing file permissions is not working on your system? They may be able to help with that as well.
If you have any questions please let me know.
