How do I create a list of contacts matching certain criteria in Salesforce so I can upload to CC?

When I go to the Upload page in SF (after installing CC for SF), it shows just recently viewed contacts. How do I tell it about a specific list (like one I created with an SF report) that I want to upload to CC?
