I can't get the import tool to work on Outlook 2010 but i can see Constant Contact in my 'add-ins' section. Anyone know how to get it to work?

HI Joan,
Sorry to hear this is giving your trouble. Since the tool is showing in your Add-on's it' most likely is not disabled so there are a few things we can try. First, please close and re-open Outlook to make sure the button is still not showing.
Are you the only user on this computer? If there is more than one user the button may not appear on the toolbar.
A frequent cause is that the toolbar has too many buttons it already. Please look at the top of your Outlook windows to make sure there are not additional icons hidden in a drop down. This may look something like:

You may also wish to be sure that the appropriate Toolbar is actually being displayed in your program. To check this, follow the listed steps:
- Click Tools > Customize.
- Select the Toolbar tab.
- Make sure there is a checkmark by Standard.
- Click Close.
The next troubleshooting step will be to try an repair QuickImport. Here is how to do this in 2010.
- Open Outlook 2010.
- Click "File" at the top left.
- Choose Options.
- In the Options window, click "Add-ins" on the left.
- Select an add-in.
- Click Go... on the bottom.
- Remove both Constant Contact options.
- Run the QuickImport Version 2 installer without uninstalling.
- Select the Repair option.
For more detail on these steps check out this FAQ: The QuickImport v2 Constant Contact button isn't showing up on my Outlook toolbar. What can I do?
