Are there sample welcome letters available on the Constant Contact website? In this webinar we talked about the importance of sending a welcome letter immediately to new subscribers. That’s because when people are signing up with you, they are at the height of their interest with your organization - it’s the most read email you will send and the perfect opportunity to get more information (include a simple survey asking supporters how they want to hear from you, what frequency they prefer, and why they are connected to your organization. You can see a sample welcome email and customize it on your “Contacts” tab. Click the “Join my mailing list” link and click to customize your welcome email.
