I found a great post at www.bridgespan.org that goes over how Non Profits can better serve their donors.
In the post, Matt Forti writes that donors are now looking for more information on the impact they are having for the organization they are contributing to.
Forti explains that donors are starting to become more concerned with how their funds are being used and how effective they are.
