With Facebook’s Timeline, you really have to focus on making your brand come across more human. Timeline allows you to add milestones and for your nonprofit, you should do that. In fact, all business should do this. I honestly, haven’t come across a page that I follow that has done this that I can recall. And I love knowing the behind the scenes and backstory of a business.
Katya Andresen suggests that since it’s more visual than before, you should add more images. And make sure your page has a pulse. You want to look alive. Try to post once a day and pin a story once a week.
