Is there a way to convert the Constant Contact newsletter into a print version?

Check out this topic in the forum.
Of course, in the "Preview" function, you have the ability to see the "Printable Version" - but page breaks (as discussed in the thread above) is the problem most folks have.

The real question is can you turn a CC Newsletter and save it in a format where it can be edited and printed.

Well, a CC newsletter is HTML.
So, if you save the newsletter to a location on your local drive, then you can edit it locally using an HTML editor, and even insert the page-break CSS that is mentioned above.
(There are several posts in the forum on saving the CC campaign HTML code so you can create an archive. Just search for the words "archive" and "HTML" in the forum.)
The other option would be to take the HTML into Word or Publisher, and try to work on it there -- but -- I always find that they are not the best tools for making an native document when starting with HTML.
Maybe the better idea is to start with a desktop publishing program (Publisher, InDesign, Pages, Quark etc.) and save that to HTML. Then use that code as your CC campaign.
