Does Constant Contact reach out to those who've signed up for trials?

Constant Contact question. Let's say someone signs up for a trial using my affiliate link, http://pdx.be/cc-ak - I see that they signed up in my console, but I have no way to contact them and ask them if they need any support. Do you contact them from time to time and remind them that they signed up for a trial and see if they have any questions/need encouragement/support? Thanks! Great questions!  Yes, our Coaching Team does follow up with those that sign up through Affliiates, Solution Providers and App Connect Partners.  We make sure that if they have any questions, that we're able to help them!

I have just been following this thread. What happens if someone who signs up through an affiliate link wants me to conduct their campaign for them?

Hi,

An affiliate and a partner are different. Basically, an affiliate places an ad for Constant Contact on their website and generates revenue based on those that become a paying customer via that banner or ad.

A partner promotes Constant Contact to their clients and prospects and can help provide them support if need be. For info on both, check this out.
