In chapter 1 you're going to read about the Engagement Marketing Cycle. I touched on this in a recent post, but now you can read about it in Gail's words.
You'll also learn about the circle of influence. I have a close group of friends that I've known since seventh grade. I know when my friend Danny tells me that the new guitar he bought is incredible, I can take his word for it. This is just one of my circles of influence. From friends, family and work colleagues we all have many circles of influence.
