not able to add welcome tab

am not able to add to my facebook page knack.co.in.

i tried with other pages am able to add. but with this partiular primary page am not able to add.

pl help me to fix this

Hello,

I just spoke with my specialist Chris R who helped you.  Just to inform everyone what happened.

There was an additional app or apps  installed on your Facebook page and those were conflicting with our app.  After removing those apps, we were able to get your Welcome Tab up and running.
