Twitter is going through some changes and according to a post I found over at Mashable, there are even more changes to come.
We use Twitter as a customer service tool with @CTCThelp. It's great way to reach out to someone who may be having a problem creating their email. It's amazing how far a simple "Can I be of assistance" tweet can go. What I would like to see are more tools built around using Twitter for customer service.
One of the rumors listed in the post is that Twitter will go open platform like Facebook did a while back. If this were to happen, we could see an app that helps handles like @CTCThelp with customer service.

We use Twitter quite a bit. Can't wait to see how it develops!
