Registration/payment email generated through my Constant Contact account.
I created "Marnie's March" to honor my late daughter. I am starting to receive individual registrations on my website and would like to be able to respond with an email registration form generated by my constant contact account. The form would need to be able to accept payments that would go to the account I have established with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Jimmy Fund.

Based on what you're describing, it sounds like you're looking to use the event tool, which will have registration forms for "signing up" and allow for payments.
Otherwise, regular sign up forms aren't made for handling and accepting payments and donations.
