Restriction of Access
I want to ensure that other account managers have read-only access to my lists or no access at all. How can we implement it?

There isn't a way to customize user permissions at this time, there's only the Account Manager level or the Campaign Creator level. If you want to prevent any other users from being able to access your contact lists, then they'd need to be Campaign Creators.
