Exclude Certain Tags from Lists When Mailing

The Salesforce integration makes it difficult to remove bounced emails from lists, since the daily sync will add them right back into my lists. If I were able to tag them as "DO NOT EMAIL" and then had the option to exclude any contacts with that tag when sending an email out to an entire list, it would be way less manual labor than adding a custom field in SF, and updating all the contacts in SF manually,
