Constant Contact's V3 API is made available so that 3rd party developers can create integrations to sync account data between Constant Contact and other services. 

Creating a Shoppable Landing Page, which is the ecommerce solution offered by Constant Contact, is done directly through the Website interface and is unrelated to the API.
