If someone wants to cancel, no assistance is needed, just a simple "Cancel Account" button is enough. Like every respectable online business does, you know.
Hey, the extended hours for November and December 2018 are NOT working. I just called and got a recording saying to call during normal business hours. I agree a cancel account button like a normal legitimate business would work. Something stinks here.
