Account cancellation

Hi I’d like to find out how to cancel my account. As I thought this was something I’d use to grow my business. But I’ve only used it once.

If someone wants to cancel, no assistance is needed, just a simple "Cancel Account" button is enough.  Like every respectable online business does, you know.

Hey, the extended hours for November and December 2018 are NOT working.  I just called and got a recording saying to call during normal business hours.  I agree a cancel account button like a normal legitimate business would work.  Something stinks here.

I apologize for the experience you've had with trying to get in touch with our weekend support! At this time our Billing Department does not have weekend support. I also apologize our cancellation process requires a call in to our support. This is not only to maintain account security, but to collect valuable feedback as well. These calls will only take a few minutes, and there will be no pressure to stay if you don't want to. Our Billing Support is currently available to speak to.
