It takes too long for invoice detail to become available after charge has posted to the credit card on the account
With changes made to our billing processes earlier this year, there is no longer a prebill five days prior to the invoice being available in accounts. Invoices are available the same day as you are billed. For questions about billing or generating invoices, please call our specialized Billing team or read our Knowledge Base article on how and when you are billed for your account. We cannot assist with billing-related questions or inquiries here in the Community.
