Awful Chat Support - Just Horrible

Don't have a "Chat with Us" button that provides no chat with a person - instead just throws up some random answers. Horrible service!!!! That should be Frequently Ask Questions button. Then put a live person on the Chat with Us button. Simple business.

Hello @CarlosJ638. What information did you input when starting a chat? As a rule, certain questions such as those related to account billing must be done over the phone and we instead provide articles that may include an answer but I'd like to confirm if this was the case with you.
