It's difficult to be held on hold for more than a couple of minutes, especially if we are being charged long distance rates. Having a toll-free number would be more acceptable. Thanks1

Hello, I wonder if you can help me.
I am doing expenses so I printed out the 'billing activity' screen to show the invoices that have been paid via my credit card. I see a nice, regular sequence of invoices for $21.73 and then there is March. In March you billed my card $43.45.
Can you tell me why? Is this correct? Should I be expensing this amount, or the 'regular' $21.73?
