It looks like you spoke with our billing team and they found an old trial account that you were getting notified about. I'm sorry for any kind of confusion this caused.

Constant Contact, I paid for a Constant Contact a year ago and used it once, and see that you billed my credit card 5 hours ago for another full year, I never authorized you to do that. Now when I try to get a hold of you are saying you are not open on Thanksgiving, yet you billed my credit card on Thanksgiving. Please reverse that charge. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Colleen Brownworth.
