Your hold time is in excess of 30 minutes and I want to cancel my membership with you! You make this too difficult by not letting your clients do this online!
Absolutely insane that you cannot cancel your account online. I've been on hold for over 10 minutes and counting now to do something that should take less than 3 minutes to accomplish on my own. After having been a customer for several years, it definitely inspires me to tell others not to do business with your organization.
