Cancel account

There is nowhere in the site to cancel my account and neither the help or contact us button work.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you were having issues with the help and contact us buttons. It looks like you were able to get in touch with our billing support team and get your account scheduled for cancellation. If there's anything else I can help you with, please let me know. 


As far as the help and contact us buttons go, could you elaborate on what is happening with those buttons? Are they non-responsive or is there some specific strange behavior occurring? Our developers are still investigating possible issues with those features and It would be helpful for us to know what you are experiencing.
