I want to cancel my account. This is the second time I have requested this. I am VERY dissatisfied with the service and dishonesty of the representative who contacted me initially. I was assured that my monthly fee would not be more than $45.

Please invoice me BEFORE debiting funds from my bank account. To take money and then have your representative act rude when I question the lack of an invoice prior to the debit is not professional.
