Cancelled subscription

I don't see anywhere where I can cancel my subscription and have been trying for some time. Can you please show me how to cancel and cancel and if possible refund the past month. Thank you.

Hi @SabahS9,

 

There is a billing support email available at billing@constantcontact.com. However, if you want to cancel your account it cannot be done over email due to the sensitive nature of some of the information we need to confirm when cancelling an account. It has to be done over the phone.
