I am very disappointed that you wouldn't work on me with some sort of refund of my unearned months. I understand it is your policy not to refund pre-paid accounts but sometimes special circumstances arise and you could have helped with a prorated refund charging me full price for the months I did use. That would have been fair to all involved. I will actively tell people not to use Constant Contact.
