I request for the immediate closure of my account. I do not want any charges being made to my card as that will then amount to fraud. All attempts to get a link to close this account have so far failed. Not even the customer service were on hand to answer my closure request. Given that I am still very well within the free period, I demand immediate closure and no subsequent charges made on this account.

I have not been using my account and have no further use for Constant Contact.
I did prepay for an entire year. However now that I wish to terminate the account, Billing advises that they will NOT pro rate the account nor issue any refund as per the Terms & Conditions clause. 😞

Guess I am now screwed and will have to forfeit all prepayment funds.

While this is perfectly legal as per the Terms & Conditions, it is extremely distasteful and not best business practice. 

I suppose I can simply use the account for the next 7 months to send out warnings, feedback and complaints to the Better Business Bureau, to all Constant Contact subscribers and to post to social media so that others would avoid this distasteful practice.
