Incentives for existing customers

I don't want to post to a public forum. Who's the marketing genius who thought to make that the only option?

Thanks for posting. This forum is one avenue we provide for feedback but it's not required. We've also got support available via phone, chat or email to pass along your thoughts. 


The idea behind this forum was that customers could share feedback and other customers would be able to vote on the ideas they would like to see implemented. Also, being public allows us to pass back an update when things are implemented!
