Whoops. Comments about the pricing just came up. I left constant contact some years ago because you charged a fee for having responsive sites, forms, etc. and I thought that you should have included that functionality if you really wanted to serve your customers. Looks like you are still heaping up charges. Too much for our new startup! Thanks but no thanks.
Hi @NewtonM88 we're sorry to hear you feel this way! Billing on an account is based on the plan a users is subscribed to along with the contact tier they had during the previous billing cycle. With that said, we do offer discounts to those who pre-pay or are a non-profit organization.
