Misleading "My Account" Page

Your "My Account" page is extremely misleading. It makes it seem as if you have a balance owed when already paid in full.

Can you tell me more about what you are seeing on the My Account page that makes it look this way? Are you on the page to choose a package or are you looking at the general account page?
