Monthly plan billing changes

Hello, In April you changed the billing from the 20th of the month to the 15th. This doesn't really seem ethical to change billing. There should have been a prorated charge for April, not a full billing.

We didn't change your bill date but you will now see the charge hit your credit card five days prior to the date your account starts being billed.
