More notice that prepay is running low

My bank account was just charged the prepay 216.00 and I only had 23.00 in the account.  There was not a lot of heads up from you to say when the charge was coming in. I called support and they are handling for me to get me a refund.  But, in the future please send a 2 or 3 day notice that the bank account is ready to charged.  Now I am going to get his with a 35.00 overdraft chage as well....:(

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear this happened. You are billed on the same day of every month so we don't have any notification set-up at this time. Do you think a popup in your account would be enough or would you like to see this warning via email?
