I cannot find where I call or mail a notice of cancellation. The organization I wanted to assist with this does NOT want to obligate itself to a charge of any kind. PLEASE CANCEL!!
This is ridiculous. I have been billed yet again.I have severally requested to cancel my account. To top it off, I am still being billed for 5000-10000 users whereas I only have less than 570 contacts. Nobody answers your billing queries and you have no option to downgrade or cancel the account whatsoever.
