Payments Drafted Before Due Date

0 Votes
I'm not sure how exactly you're allowed to get away with it this practice but drafting a payment up to 5 days early from my account is not right nor ethical. While it's not caused me any problems such as overdrafts, etc,., I can see how this could be a real issue. Why have due dates if you're going to arbitrarily pull money out? I don't appreciate this practice. I do business with many online companies and don't have anyone other than you doing this.

Hi @JoyceE54. Payments are processed five days prior to ensure the payment is processed before the start of your next billing cycle so you can continue using your account without interruptions. This is explained in our Knowledge Base article about how and when you are charged. I appreciate you expressing your concern and I will forward it to our teams.
