Not sure if it's worth the money?
Thank you for allowing me to test "Constant Contact". I will have to say that for very basic needs it might be OK (but expensive). As far as I am concerned, I would rather continue with **Removed by Moderator**. It is feature rich, and offers way more than Constant Contact, even the free version. Thank you Frank K. **Removed by Moderator*
I'm sorry to hear of the confusion. It looks like you have our Basic Toolkit backage which only includes email templates. This package is for up to 500 contacts in the account for $20. With the basic plan any plus campaign, like event,d eals, coupons, surveys, etc is $50.
If you would rather upgrade to have access to all of the plus campaigns the next package is the "Essential" package. This starts at $45 a month. To get more information click My Account > View Plans and Pricing.
I am sorry to hear this. Can you tell me more about what you are looking for so I can help?
I am very sorry to hear of your experience but thank you for your feedback. I see you were able to speak to someone in support shortly after posting this and they were able to explain how to lower your contact level to help with pricing. It also looks like you were able to get the credit card switched back to the correct card for the future.
Thanks for sharing this feedback!
I am very sorry to hear of the frustrations. I see you called in and spoke with a manager about your Autoresponders so I hope you were able to get some additional information there.
If there is anything we can do to help here please let me know.
is killing you in pricing $42/month for 10,000 contacts and they have a search field for prior emails. I can save time and money by switching. Can you match their price and give me a search field? Regards, About to make a no brain decision to switch
We do not offer a pay-as-you-go plan at this time but we do allow you to suspend your account for a smaller fee if there are periods of time you won't be using it. Can you give our billing team a call to hear about all the options?
Thank you for the feedback @EvelynH05.
We've been using CC for several years as a non-profit. Unfortunately, if we use - we can have up to 2000 email contacts for our SMALL NON-PROFIT for free. Sure, not all the big business bells
