Refer a Friend

Hello, This is not the first time I've gone to refer a Friend to CC, but each time I go to look for where it says it should be, it's not there. I am told to use the link at the bottom of my home page... the directions show it will be in red.... It is not on any page that I can see. I am on the page that shows in the help section, but, nope, still not there. Too frustrating... Peg
