Stop Cheating People

I deleted most of my contacts BEFORE the 8/14/20 billing period and you still tried to charge me $95 for 9,400 contacts instead of less than 500 as it truly was at the time.

Because you tried to cheat me, I deleted all of the rest of my contacts and will never do business with you again.

Hi @PrestonP885 the contact billing tier is based on the maximum number of active contacts you had during the previous billing cycle. If you have any further questions on your pricing or would like to cancel your account after all, our Billing Support is available by phone to speak with.
