I am aboard and have been trying to cancel my service not able to chat, not able to find the correct option in the website. Meanwhile I was charged For 12/5/18. Back in US in 12/10 & will call.
Hi @YasukoF9 I apologize for the experience you've had with trying to cancel your account. With that being said, unfortunately a cancellation does require a call in to our Billing department due to Account Security. It will only take a few minutes, and there will be no pressure to stay if you don't want to. Please give a call in to our billing department, and one of our billing agents can further assist.
