Two-Step Unsubscribe

When one of our contacts forwards an email, the recipient unsubscribes the original contact without their knowledge. We need an unsubscribe option where recipients must re-type in their email to unsubscribe.

This happens to us very often. Then, we don't get notification that our staffer is unsubscribed until they ask us, "hey, have you guys sent out any emails lately?" (The answer, of course, is yes!)
