This feature was requested in 2013 here; https://community.constantcontact.com/t5/Account-Settings-Billing/Want-users-to-have-different-permi... but still does not exist. Surely 41 pages of comments means this is a feature worth implementing ASAP?

At this time, we do not have plans to introduce any other permissions for users. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update the thread.
