I use a virtual charge card. I usually put a limit. You neglect to mention the tax until after I have put in the card info. The charge is declined because I did not include the tax. It would be very helpful to know the TOTAL COST before entering the card info then I can indicate the correct total. Thanks.
I wanted to cancel my subscription but your site does not have a button that allows a customer to do that. I found out that I was billed again because of your AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION. This is outrageous ... please reverse the payment charged to me.
