Hi @EdmundK80 thank you for sharing your feedback on this! Billing on an account is based on both the email plan your sign-up under along with the amount of active contacts in your account. Because of this if you upgrade to our Email Plus plan or upload a large amount of contacts this will increase your pricing. With that said if you have any further questions or concerns your account's price we do recommend contacting our Billing Support directly for further assistance.
