When Ricky Carruth first got into real estate, it was all about the money. Close the deal and move on. After the market crash in 2008, Ricky had to build himself back up and reevaluate what success meant for him. His new approach? It’s all about the people.

 

Ricky used email marketing to help build relationships with his customers and stay in touch, long after the sale. He wasn’t satisfied with simply working in real estate, though, and launched the world’s first, free real estate coaching program called Zero to Diamond.
