Insert a video into an email: Click goes somewhere else

Some of my end users can see the embedded YouTube thumbnail in the e-mail but when they click on it they don't arrive to the YouTube video, rather a page that says "Buy this domain" anybody know why?

Hello @JenT90 ,

 

Are you able to recreate the issue when opening the tracked link through an Incognito / Private browsing window? Or does the issue occur on certain devices on your end? Are you finding a common denominator between the contacts that have reported this, such as them running the same security program, being part of the same organization, or opening on certain devices or networks?
