Are you able to recreate the issue when opening the tracked link through an Incognito / Private browsing window? Or does the issue occur on certain devices on your end? Are you finding a common denominator between the contacts that have reported this, such as them running the same security program, being part of the same organization, or opening on certain devices or networks?
