Cannot Access contact information from a co-managed account

I can access information from our partner account but when I try to access contact information from a co-managed account I cannot find the contact.


I use the same api key and password. Do I need to specify the company name in the string after /customers/?


What am I doing wrong?

In order to access a managed account through the REST API, you would need to use the username and password for each of those accounts.  What many of our business partners do for their integration is provide a prompt for the individual account users to enter their credentials and save that for future use.

Does this include co-managed accounts as well?


Do I need to have these accounts under co-managed or managed? Or will we have access to any CC account if the user enter the username and password?

This is true for all Constant Contact accounts, the REST API requires the actual Username and Password for the account being accessed in order to allow access to the resources.  Partner Username/Passwords are not needed at all for the REST API access.
