Uncaught exception error

Accidental techie at a nonprofit running a little wordpress website, recently put in woocommerce to sell merchandise and event tickets. Yesterday I tried to integrate constant contact and woocommerce on my wordpress website, entered the key and it broke my website. Now I can't get in (no direct ftp access) and can't reach my webhost. Here is my error message:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Ctct\Exceptions\CtctException' with message '[{"error_key":"http.status.unauthorized","error_message":"No authentication is present."}]' in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\mailchimp-and-constant-contact-integration\class\api\ct\src\Ctct\Util\RestClient.php:93 Stack trace: #0 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\mailchimp-and-constant-contact-integration\class\api\ct\src\Ctct\Util\RestClient.php(24): Ctct\Util\RestClient::httpRequest('https://api.con...', 'GET', Array) #1 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\mailchimp-and-constant-contact-integration\class\api\ct\src\Ctct\Services\ListService.php(28): Ctct\Util\RestClient->get('https://api.con...', Array) #2 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\mailchimp-and-constant-contact-integration\class\api\ct\src\Ctct\ConstantContact.php(231): Ctct\Services\ListService->getLists('', Array) #3 C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\mailchimp-and-constant-contact-integration\class\integrations_class.php(295): in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\mailchimp-and-constant-contact-integration\class\api\ct\src\Ctct\Util\RestClient.php on line 93

Way out of my depth here and would appreciate any help!!

Re: Uncaught exception error

Based on what you've got here, it looks like there's some important aspect of authenticating the plugin that's missing. It is likely that during the installation of the plugin it asked for either an Access Token or a Username and Password that were not provided. You shoul dbe able to correct this by going directly to your wordpress admin page at . Once you are in the admin page, you should be able to update the configuration for the plugin, or even disable/uninstall it.

If you continue to run into any issues, please let us know!
