Auto-Campaigns not sending

Hi guys.

 

I have an auto-campaign set up and my account integrated with MindBody software. My list is attached to an auto responder series and the list comes from Mindbody and they seem to be adding fine but the emails aren't sending. The schedule is set to send immediately after  a client is added to the list and the campaign is active but there is 0 sends for the campaign (although a few people are on the list). What could the issue be and what should I try? any info would be awesome!

Thank you for posting in the Community! Since you wrote, it appears that one contact has received email #1 and queued for email #2 in your Autoresponder series. Though, there is one other contact in the list assigned to this Autoresponder series. This contact was added before the other contact.

 

There are a few variables for why an Autoresponder email would not send:

  • If the contact was added to the list before series was active or while inactive
  • If the contact was already in the list before the series was activated and the option to include this contact was not selected: autoresponder_ready_to_start_sending_ok_button.png

     

     

    Do you know of any differences or changes made in the Mindbody account between first contact being added June 28 and the newer contact in the same list, July 5? We would like to troubleshoot further if there could be more here. You can send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with any additional details you can share.  In addition, please see article Change the State of an Autoresponder Series for differences in states of the series and how those states affect scheduling.

Hello, 

 

I have this same problem.  

 

I created the auto responder sequence and added the lists that I wanted to send the emails to. When I hit activate it didn't give me the option to send to the existing lists.  

 

It just said this:

What do I do?

Hello @Hiring_Academy,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us today.  The ability to send to everyone already in the list is only available when you first activate a new Autoresponder Series.  Once the series has been activated, the only way to queue people for it is to add them to the list in question.  I would recommend creating a new list for the Autoresponder and then adding your previous list to it while the Autoresponder is active.  Alternatively, you can make a new copy of the autoresponder.

Thanks!  I created a new campaign and it allowed me to send it to the lists selected.
